Our module 0.5 plastic gear rack is dimensionally manufactured per DIN 867/ DIN 3972 standards 4mm X 4.5mm X 4mm, is made from high-quality polyacetal material, and has a nominal length of 250mm. These gear racks are easily mounted in continuous lengths, especially with the use of our gear rack mounting aid! Polyacetal is a natural white plastic that offers a high hardness and resistance to corrosion; the material can also be used in food-grade or medical applications. Module 0.5 metric plastic gear racks feature a 20-degree pressure angle straight tooth design; we also supply the accompanying plastic spur gears!
